Special Event: Half-Day Extended Zazen
Saturday, January 2nd, 2010 • 7:00 AM - 11:35 AM

Half-Day Extended Zazen

Half-day extended zazen provides an opportunity for those with a regular meditation practice to experience deeper immersion in zazen. We support full engagement in practice by observing Noble Silence (no speaking, reading or writing) throughout the event. The meal borrows some elements of Oryoki but does not follow full Oryoki form.

Participants should have an established meditation practice and must commit to participation in the entire program. Registration is required. There is no charge for the event.

To register, or if you have any questions, please call Jeff at 410.419.4659.
